How to CreateInvoices

Microsoft invoice template

Microsoft invoice template helps businesses that bill for Microsoft products, subscriptions, or consulting (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure) present clear invoices to clients. If you are the customer receiving Microsoft’s own bill, invoices are available in the Microsoft 365 admin center under Billing > Bills & payments > Invoices, with options for monthly, quarterly, or annual billing.

An invoice should include your business or name, the customer’s details, the date and invoice number, and a line-by-line breakdown of what was provided. Including payment terms—such as due on receipt, Net 15, or Net 30—helps you get paid on time and keeps records clear for taxes.
