How to create an invoice on PayPal
PayPal’s invoicing tool lets you create and send invoices from your PayPal Business account. Clients can pay with PayPal, Venmo, or card; PayPal charges a fee per transaction.
Steps: (1) Log in to PayPal and go to Invoicing (or Tools → Invoices). (2) Create a new invoice and add your business and client details. (3) Add line items with description, quantity, and amount. (4) Set payment terms and due date. (5) Send the invoice by email; the client gets a link to pay.
