How to create an invoice on eBay
eBay lets you send a combined invoice to a buyer from the order page. You can add a note, adjust shipping, or add items before the buyer pays.
Steps: (1) Go to Sold in My eBay (or Seller Hub → Orders). (2) Find the order and click “Send invoice” or “Create invoice.” (3) Review or edit the order details (items, shipping, total). (4) Add a message if needed and send. The buyer receives the invoice and can pay through eBay.
